I felt very confident and comfortable working with Shawn in searching for a new home. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about the Toronto real estate market and understands the attention to timeliness and attention to detail needed in finding a new home. My current home sold quickly in six days and Shawn kept me updated on a daily basis of new listings that fit the requirements of a new home. It needed to be central Toronto i.e. Yonge and St  Clair to Eglinton area or the Beach area of the city. My must haves included four bedrooms, a walk out deck from the kitchen and a nice garden with lots of privacy.

Shawn was always mindful of the list of “must -haves’ and really stepped up to the plate in terms of supplying important information including other sales in the area, past sales history of the property etc. Shawn provided a very detailed step by step process of the whole buying process including how offers are presented, what I needed to do to submit a successful offer and the time lines associated with all aspects of the legal process.

I found what I wanted within budget. The house was renovated, so no work had to be done, which was important. The home I bought is in a great neighbourhood and has lots of charm, including crown moldings and stained glass windows!
